5 Green Juices for good health

Celery juice

If you want to lose kilos this is the one for you juice and celery helps remove excess water and uric acid kidney, you need:

4 stalks celery

1/2 cup chopped white cabbage

1 glass of water

1 Kiwi shelled

5 Leaves Spinach

3 lettuce leaves

1 Tbsp. natural honey

Preparation: Previously washed and disinfected, blend the ingredients until mixed evenly, adding a tablespoon of honey. Take in the morning at least three times a week.
Green spinach juice, lemon, apple and cucumber

Green juice

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 cup parsley

1 Celery stalk

5 Leaves Spinach

1 small piece of ginger

1/2 cucumber

1 green apple, seeded
